These terms govern your use of the Agent Anchor tide and fishing planning tools at agentanchor.ai (the "Service"), operated by Beneva Basics LLC. By using the Service, you agree to these terms.
The Service finds days and time windows where NOAA's predicted tide heights fall within a range you set, so you can plan around high or low water for boating, fishing, or other activities on the water. It also reports tide turn times, rate of flow, and calculated sunrise and sunset.
Predictions only, not for navigation. The Service shows predicted tide data, interpolated between NOAA's published highs and lows. Wind, atmospheric pressure, and local conditions can shift actual water levels away from the prediction. Always verify conditions independently before departure, and never rely on this Service as your sole source for navigation or safety decisions.
The Service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Tide data comes from NOAA CO-OPS. We don't control or guarantee the accuracy of NOAA's underlying predictions, and the interpolated curve between published highs and lows is an approximation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beneva Basics LLC is not liable for any damages, injury, loss, or expense arising from your use of the Service or reliance on the information it provides, including damages arising from inaccurate predictions or from conditions on the water.
Don't use the Service in a way that disrupts it, attempts to access it through unauthorised means, or violates applicable law.
We may update the Service or these terms at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
